Shipping policy

We pack every record like it is our own, so it shows up safe and flat.

Free local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout and grab your order for free at either shop:

• Boise: 540 S Vista Ave
• Twin Falls: 127 Main Ave W

We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Please bring your order confirmation when you come in.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Packaging

Records ship in sturdy mailers made for vinyl, with stiffeners to keep them flat and protected.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the record and the packaging. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, let us know and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
