The vinyl pressing was done at the legendary RTI facility[. The album cover and inner sleeves printing were made at Stoughton Printing, and the center labels were printed by G\u0026amp;M Graphics.\" These credits aren't present on the release except for the mastering and pressing etchings on the vinyl runouts. Koch had also informed that the release is \"limited to a little over 2000 copies\"\nThis set was reportedly created by the band after their disappointment with the original red LP release, which had been sourced from CD masters. This led them to seek out permission to produce a new edition with proper treatment for the format.
